In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "81jl," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 81jl platform at 81jl.org, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the 81jl website at 81jl.org, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features made available through them.
• "Player," "you," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or otherwise.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the 81jl Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱), used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds and cash winnings held in a Player's Wallet, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required under PAGCOR licensing and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that authorizes and supervises the operation of the 81jl Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the 81jl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 81jl. They are supplemented by any additional rules or policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

81jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the 81jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino operations in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of use, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or by 81jl.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 81jl or any affiliated game provider.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited under the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes. 81jl reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

81jl is required by PAGCOR and by the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid, government-issued Philippine identification document such as a UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys National ID. The name on your identification must match the name provided during registration. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfied.

Each individual may hold only one (1) 81jl Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate Accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity occurring under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact 81jl support immediately. 81jl is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

81jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your Account. This feature is available in Account settings and provides a critical additional layer of protection.

Accounts that have not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 81jl reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts, deducted from the remaining Wallet balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice. Dormant Account fees will not cause a Wallet balance to fall below zero.

All deposits to your 81jl Wallet must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 81jl does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

81jl reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time, in compliance with AMLA obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a deposit being declined or an Account being restricted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered under the same name as your verified 81jl Account. 81jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Withdrawals above certain thresholds as determined by 81jl's AML compliance team may be subject to additional review before processing. 81jl will communicate any delays in processing within twenty-four (24) hours of a withdrawal request being submitted.

All transactions on the 81jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 81jl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly. USDT deposits are accepted and converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

81jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms. Where a conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds in your Wallet. Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds by default.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover (wagering) requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Rollover requirements specify the total wager amount needed to convert Bonus Funds to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Different game types contribute to rollover at different rates as specified in the bonus terms.
• 81jl reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonus Funds if eligibility conditions are not met, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if these Terms have been violated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using automated tools, software, or coordinated strategies to exploit bonus terms constitutes fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual player, household, IP address, or device.

The value, availability, and specific terms of bonuses are subject to change at 81jl's discretion. Players are encouraged to review active promotion details in the Promotions section of the 81jl Platform before claiming any offer.

All games available on the 81jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering Real Money Funds.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots, video poker, and RNG table games — operate using certified random number generation technology audited under PAGCOR compliance requirements. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run return rates and do not guarantee results for any individual session or wager.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical gaming equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — observable on camera in real time. 81jl is not responsible for connectivity interruptions that affect a player's ability to complete a live game round. If a live round is interrupted due to a platform-side technical failure, the round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's Wallet.

In the event of a game result dispute, the decision of 81jl's technical team — based on server-side game logs — is final and binding. Live dealer disputes are reviewed using available video recordings of the game round in question. Disputes must be submitted to 81jl support within forty-eight (48) hours of the contested game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 81jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 81jl staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, algorithms, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage in gameplay or to circumvent Platform security.
• Systematically exploiting bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the corresponding funds on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 81jl staff or other players.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

All content on the 81jl Platform — including but not limited to the 81jl brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, software, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 81jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; or use any 81jl branding or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 81jl.

81jl collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 81jl.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

81jl processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, PAGCOR compliance reporting, AMLA obligations, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications (where you have opted in). Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 81jl may be required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other government authorities under applicable Philippine law.

81jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and in recognition of the real risks that problem gambling poses to individuals and families across the Philippines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your gambling expenditure.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic session endings after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the 81jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period. Contact 81jl support to initiate a self-exclusion request.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic reminders of time spent and money wagered during an active session.

Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment with a predetermined entertainment budget — not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 81jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the value of Real Money Funds in the player's Wallet at the time the claim arose.

81jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure where the failure is outside 81jl's reasonable control; inability to access the Platform due to network outages or maintenance; errors in third-party payment processing systems; or any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 81jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without prior notice.

Termination by Player: You may close your 81jl Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met rollover requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Suspension or Termination by 81jl: 81jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: these Terms have been materially breached; fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; continued operation of the Account presents a compliance risk under PAGCOR rules or Philippine law; or the player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause, 81jl reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to be unconnected with fraudulent activity, it will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the resolution of the investigation.

81jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of these Terms is always available at 81jl.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 81jl will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders. Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning, or updates required by regulatory directive — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the 81jl Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and 81jl arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 81jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. 81jl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of a formal complaint being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, either party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, or to the appropriate regulatory body, including PAGCOR where the dispute concerns a licensed gaming matter. Nothing in these Terms precludes a player from raising a complaint directly with PAGCOR regarding the conduct of a licensed operator.
